We do not like overhead such as having many types of managers, an fixed office, or complicated processes. On a corporate level we also cut out everything that is waste and has no customer value.
Everyone is given a large degree of autonomy. When you have a good idea, we’ll carry it out. For example; Patrick wanted more than being a test engineer. He wanted to be an entrepreneur. And so recently our Belgian branch started with him as the End-boss.
