For example, teams took it up on their own initiative to, create an Instant API services solution. The Ranorex silver partnership, our own courses such as Professional Agile Tester, BDD-Cucumber and Selenium-Selenide-Cypress are also being created by our teams. And several employees held talks at the Agile Testing Days in Potsdam.
Do you still have to test in a waterfall project because your employer simply does that kind of assignments and you do not feel like doing it at all?

We only do assignments in an Agile environment. If you find yourself in a non-Agile environment, where they do not want to take the step towards Agile, we simply stop the assignment.
In addition, our company is 100% Agile! We have a vision, but not a tightly defined plan. We have self-organizing result-based teams, no office, minimal overhead and we jointly determine the topics for our meetups.
